note: Contract for the Monteluce Madonna (or Monteluce Coronation) originally signed in 1505 by Raphael and Berto di Giovanni. Mancinelli (1984) argued that Raphael had worked on some components to this work, an argument furthered by Sartore (2011) who interpreted surviving documents from the nuns that emphasize Raphael's contributions as evidence of his actual painting portions of the work. Henry and Joannides (2013), however, disagree. They date the upper panel depicting the actual coronation to between 1516 and 1517 (p.49) and attribute it wholly to Romano's hand. https://www.museivaticani.va/content/museivaticani/it/collezioni/musei/la-pinacoteca/sala-x---secolo-xvi/giulio-romano--incoronazione-della-vergine.html
